Booking & Reservations
Do you offer multi-day booking?
Yes, we offer 1-day, multi-day, and multi-week bookings. The longer you book, the more you save: 10% off 3-day rentals and 20% off 7-day rentals.
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Yes, cancel or modify up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up with no additional fees. See our cancellation policy for full details. However, there is a 3% credit card transaction fee for all cancellations.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, there are no hidden fees. All necessary equipment is included in the rental price.
Towing & Insurance
Will my vehicle be able to tow the trailer?
Most modern 1/2 ton trucks can tow around 10,000 lbs, and all of our units are under that weight. You'll need to factor in the weight of your load plus the trailer, and confirm your truck's towing capacity. We can help you figure that out when booking.
Do I need insurance?
Your automobile insurance should cover anything you tow. The rental agreement requires you to confirm with your insurer before taking delivery.
Delivery & Pickup
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! If you are within 30 miles of Lecanto, we'll bring the trailer to you for a $50 delivery fee. Call us before booking to arrange details.
How do I pick up my trailer?
We operate a contactless system. All pickup instructions are sent to your phone via text.

What is the minimum age to rent a trailer?
You must be at least 18 years old to rent a trailer.
